Hello world!

My name Yesenia and I was born in Queens, New York. I am latina who believes in growing, learning and becoming better.  I can’t remember when this love of learning on how I can improve myself as a person started but it was something that I felt was important to me. As I got older I realize that in life we have a choice to be better and that it is never too late to start and make a change.

As I begin my journey with you all taking action in the importance of putting into practice a sustainable lifestyle, I hope that my journey will inspire all of you as it has inspired me.
